For lunch I placed leftover chipotle seasoned potato
chunks on a plate. Then I generously sprinkled
shredded cheese and topped with salsa. Micro'd for 1
minute. Deelish.

The
Chipotle Seasoning was excellent when added to my egg
formula for a true Texas / Mexican omelet. Yum.

Since we have a pool, our house seems
to be the community house during summertime. We cook out
almost
every weekend and our friends will bring a covered dish or a
snack such as chips and dip. Several years ago,
Tina brought a jar of pickles to go with the hamburgers and
hot dogs we were cooking on our grill. No lover of pickles,
I was pleasantly surprised when Tina urged me to try one of
her pickles. We’ve kept them in our refrigerator and have
eaten them ever since.
We finally got to try Da Sauce last
summer and that’s the only BBQ sauce we use now as well.
Thank you!

I put about 1.2 lbs chicken breast in my (new) crock pot and
cooked it for 10 hours on Thursday. I think I was
supposed to have more in there (1/2 full at least), but it
cooked up great anyway. Then pulled it and added
Da Sauce. A whole bottle was almost too much, but that is
what I put in there. :)
It was great on a baguette with some of your pickles on the
side. Jeremy and I ate most of it, with just enough
for his breakfast this morning.
Thanks for that. It was great.
